Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

You may request a return or refund only if:

  • The product arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product is missing from your parcel
  • The item is expired or not as described

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tested products due to hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Time Frame to Report an Issue

You must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue
  • Packaging images (if needed)

3. Conditions for Replacement or Refund

After reviewing your complaint:

  • We may issue a replacement product, OR
  • Provide a refund, OR
  • Offer store credit, depending on the situation

Replacement or refund will be provided only after verification of the issue.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used essential oils
  • Used skincare items
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items without proof of damage
  • Sale / discount items (non-refundable)

5. Incorrect or Changed Address

If a parcel returns due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Incomplete address
  • Customer not responding to courier calls
  • Customer refusal without reason

Re-shipping charges will apply.
Refund is not eligible in such cases.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If the customer refuses to accept a dispatched COD order, future COD orders may be restricted.


7. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds are processed through Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
  • COD refunds are not issued in cash

8. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or leaked items

Exchanges are not allowed for preference change (e.g., “I don’t like the scent”).
