Thank you for shopping at Organic’s Living. We aim to provide fast, secure, and reliable delivery for all orders. Please read our Shipping Policy below for complete details.
1. Shipping Within Pakistan
We ship to all major and minor cities across Pakistan, including but not limited to:
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Quetta, and all surrounding towns and villages.
2. Delivery Time
- Major Cities: 2 – 4 working days
- Other Cities / Remote Areas: 3 – 6 working days
Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Rs. 200 – Rs. 250 (depending on location and parcel weight)
- Free Shipping: Orders above Rs. 5,000
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.
Orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch to ensure accuracy.
5. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed on the next working day.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Tracking ID
- Courier Name
- Tracking Link
via SMS or WhatsApp.
7. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
If the provided address is incorrect, incomplete, or if the customer misses the delivery:
- Courier will attempt delivery twice
- If unsuccessful, the parcel may return to us
- Reshipping charges may apply
8. Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Items
We ensure secure packaging for all essential oils and products.
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong item:
- Notify us within 24 hours
- Send photos/videos as proof
- We will offer a replacement or refund (according to our Return Policy)
9. International Shipping
Currently, we ship within Pakistan only.
International shipping will be introduced soon.
