Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used oils, serums, or skincare products (due to hygiene and safety reasons).

  • Customized or bulk/wholesale orders.

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product).


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking proof.
